The journey of motherhood is a joyful adventure with ups and downs. Though it is rewarding, there are times when you will feel stressed. A positive mind-set will enable you to overcome this situation. Here’s how you can handle the pregnancy stress.

Live in the Moment
There will be changes as you experience motherhood, and they will be unexpected. Learn to live and enjoy these changes and accept that they are part and parcel of pregnancy. There is something magical about a baby growing inside you no matter how challenging your pregnancy is right now. Remind yourself of that. Don’t let anyone or anything rob you of the joy of pregnancy.

There are Others like You
Whether online or offline, there are mothers who are going through exactly what you are going through right now. Get to know them and share your feelings with them. You won't feel like you are the only one with a problem when you know that someone is dealing with the same issues and challenges of motherhood.

Steal some Time Away
If it makes sense to just go away for even two hours of catching a movie on your own, steal that time away from all the stress.
