Apple Crumble

  The natural sweetness of apples makes the apple crumble delicious yet satisfying to the little tummies. Apples are a good source of fibre, vitamins and minerals for your little ones.

Ingredients

1 green apple, peel core & thinly sliced
1 tablespoon raisins
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons butter
5 tablespoons CERELAC® Rice & Mixed Fruit
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder, (optional)

    1. Place apple in greased shallow ovenproof dish.
    2. Sprinkle with raisins and brown sugar. 
    3. Meanwhile, rub butter with CERELAC® Rice & Mixed Fruit until it resembles breadcrumbs.
    4. Then sprinkle over fruits and dust with cinnamon powder.
    5. Bake in preheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
