Mini Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
½ cup CERELAC Wheat & Honey*
100g pumpkin puree
100ml milk
1 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg Pinch of cinnamon powder
Cooking oil for pan frying
*Honey used in this product has undergone an externally validated heat treatment which inactivates any Clostridium Botulinum bacteria, making our product safe to consume.

Cooking Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk the egg and pumpkin purée together. Then, mix in the CERELAC Wheat & Honey*, baking powder, cinnamon powder and milk gradually until all are combined.
2. Heat up a non-stick pan and coat lightly with oil. Take a tablespoon of batter to the pan, place around the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. When bubbles start forming on the batter, flip and cook for further 2-3 minutes or till golden brown. Best served with some homemade apple puree.
