Broccoli & Carrot Fish Fingers
Creating fun shapes and textures will help improve your child's appetite and acceptance of new food especially if it's colourful too! Try this recipe to introduce fish into your little one's diet, which is source of protein to help with growth.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons CERELAC Brown Rice & Milk
125g fish fillet, deboned & minced
25g broccoli, steamed and finely chopped
25g carrot, steamed and finely chopped

Cooking Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
2. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into fish fingers around 5cm in height and 3cm in width.
3. Bake in preheated oven at 180˚C for 20 minutes or grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
4. Serve on its own or with some homemade tomato sauce. -
