Spider Web Pancakes
Regular pancakes become spook-tacular when you design them into a spider web shape. Adding extra-healthy toppings like fruits to provide vitamins for your child's development.

Ingredients
A:
50g plain flour
5 tablespoons CERELAC Rice & Milk
1 egg
150ml milk
2 teaspoons cooking oil
B:
1 cup of fresh fruit pieces like mango, papaya, strawberry & banana
½ cup fruit yogurt
Maple syrup or honey*, optional
*Honey should not be introduced before 12 months of age unless the spores of Clostridium botulinum have been inactivated by adequate high-pressure and high-temperature treatment, as used by industry.

Cooking Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, add ingredients A and beat until well mixed.
2. Heat frying pan and use lacy pancake mould to make the lacy pancake.
3. Cook until pancake is set and both sides are golden and set aside.
4. In a bowl, mix ingredients B and spoon fruit mixture into each pancake, fold and arrange on serving plates. Top with maple syrup and it is ready to be served. -
