Traffic Light Scramble Eggs

2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped red pepper
1 tablespoon chopped yellow pepper
3 tablespoons CERELAC Rice & Mixed Vegetables
5 tablespoons milk
B:
1 tablespoon cooking oil or butter.
Salt to taste, optional

1. In a bowl, mix well ingredient A.
2. Heat oil and pour in ingredient A mixture.
3. Stir the eggs over medium heat until eggs are cooked.
4. Serve scrambled egg on its own or over toasted bread. -
