Puree is easier for your children to swallow as their teeth are still developing. Sweet potato and pumpkin puree are good sources of vitamin A which is essential for eye function.

1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon sweet potato puree
2 tablespoons CERELAC Rice
2 tablespoons cooled boiled water

1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Add more water for a thinner consistency, if preferred.
